A FORMER school which has been converted into luxury apartments for the over 55s is set to receive top marks from visitors to its completion launch event this weekend.

The Grange on Richardshaw Lane in Pudsey is holding a cream tea garden party to mark the end of major works at the former Pudsey Grangefield School and, according to Lisa Croke of exclusive selling agent William H Brown, people will be amazed when they see the remarkable transformation of the Grade II listed building.

“This really is a case of seeing is believing,” says Lisa. “We have held events in the past where the focus has just been on the apartments. Now with all the communal areas finally completed you get to really appreciate what a fantastic overall scheme this is. It has taken a little longer than we had anticipated to get to this stage but I am sure everybody who visits will agree that the wait has been well worth it.”

The communal areas include a spacious resident’s lounge with café/bar, an exclusive spa with sauna and steam room and a fully equipped gym.

Meanwhile, the patio and sun terrace which overlooks professionally landscaped gardens is the perfect place to enjoy the complimentary refreshments being served throughout the weekend.

All 49 apartments at The Grange have been designed to an exceptional standard and enjoy a top quality specification throughout. Kitchens include a range of appliances, while the bathrooms/wet rooms are fitted with quality white sanitary ware and non-slip flooring. Selected apartments will also be open to view over the weekend.

The launch takes place July 25 and 26 between 10am and 4pm. Call William H Brown on 0113 257 2014.
