New Manning Stainton branch opening “Client-driven!”

A new name has been added to estate agent Manning Stainton’s impressive roster of branch locations – Garforth.

And says Sales Director Mark Manning, the move into Garforth has been ‘client driven’, adding: “The launch of our new Garforth office has allowed us to fill a gap in our unrivalled branch network in this popular part of Leeds with 18 high street branches now covering the region.”

Mark adds that Manning Stainton has helped a significant number of sellers over the years relocate to Garforth by successfully marketing their properties. He said: “There’s definitely been something of a migration of people from some of the easterly parts of Leeds to Garforth and its surrounding villages largely, our research indicates, because of perceived better secondary schools on the one hand, and of course the attractions of the area itself.”

The new branch is managed by Steve Riley – a man with plenty of experience in successful estate agents and who has been promoted from within Manning Stainton’s own ranks.

Steve commented: “Manning Stainton are well-known for their professional approach to property marketing and I’ve enjoyed my time with them – so I’m doubly pleased to have been given the opportunity and responsibility for putting the new branch firmly on the map. I’m positive the team we’ve put in place will make this office every bit as popular as the others.”

The new Garforth office of Manning Stainton can be found at 34 Main Street, Garforth, LS25. For more information, help and friendly advice, telephone the team on 0113 2878790, or email them at Garforth@manningstainton.co.uk
