Award winning housebuilder Miller Homes has commenced ground work on its latest development in the popular West Yorkshire town of Wetherby.

The much anticipated housing scheme is a major development for the semi-rural area and is expected to garner interest from a wide range of homebuyers.

Privas Court, which takes its name from the town’s twin in France, will have 52 three, four and five bedroom homes for sale arranged in a traditional cul-de-sac setting and benefitting from existing mature woodland and new landscaping.

As well as benefitting from the sought-after location, the homes will have the latest energy saving devices fitted, making them cheaper to run and helping to keep energy bills down.

Show homes will be available to view at some poin in the new year.

“We are delighted that work has commenced on our latest development and look forward to unveiling the ‘Buchan’ show home and opening our sales office very early in the new year,” commented Jan Hanaby, area sales manager Miller Homes Yorkshire.

“The development will bring much needed homes to the town and will offer a variety of choices for buyers in terms of size and price.”

The construction of the development will be overseen by site manager, Matthew Edmondson and a designated sales adviser will be on site five days a week from January to offer guidance to prospective buyers and assistance to those who make a reservation.

“We expect demand to be, very high for these homes and recommend that interested parties register with us prior to the opening of the development,” said Jan.

“Being registered means that we can keep people up to date with information and they will also receive an invitation to our opening weekend.”

Miller Homes is committed to building homes that complement existing communities and that make a difference to the quality of life for its purchasers.

All of its homes are fitted with smart meters to allow homeowners to manage their energy consumption, some homes have solar panels and all are fitted with energy and water efficient appliances.

To see the quality of Miller Homes and for those who cannot wait until the new year, it is possible to visit two existing developments located nearby in Harrogate – Harlow One and Quercus Green.

Both reflect the quality of the Miller home and its dedication to excellent customer service.

Privas Court is located on Audby Lane, off Sandbeck Way, Wetherby, LS22 7DN.
