Leeds based Letting Agency, Sugarhouse Properties, has been recognised as ‘Yorkshire and the Humber Letting Agency of the Year’ at the highly respected Negotiator Awards in London.

The prestigious ceremony, recognising standards of excellence in the residential property sector, was held at the Park Lane Hilton Hotel in London and attracted a record number of entrants from across the country. The awards were hosted by comedian and actor Alistair McGowan and judged by some of the leading experts in the UK property market. Sugarhouse were doubly successful on the night, also picking up Silver in the hotly contested “Employer of the Year” category which covered the whole country.

Sugarhouse’s success comes on the back of last year’s victory in the Times Property Awards when they were also crowned Northern Lettings Agency of the Year.

Director Richard Napier was delighted with both awards, which he dedicated to the hard work of his staff: “It’s fantastic to be recognised again in such a highly regarded awards ceremony and in two hotly contested categories. To be crowned as the best letting agency in Yorkshire is a fantastic achievement made possible by the hard work and dedication of our close knit team. It’s also incredibly pleasing to be nationally recognised in the Employer of the Year category; our staff are vital to our success and we work hard to make sure they’re the best in the business.”

Sugarhouse have established a highly successful student and professional letting base in Headingley and are expanding to take on mor professional clients.
