future monitoring and maintenance.

The planned development will include 25 new affordable homes, which will be transferred to a registered social housing provider upon completion to provide affordable housing for those
in need in the local community.Work will begin on the development later this year.

David Coe, development director, said: “As well as building new homes, it’s our aim to also support and enhance local communities, so we hope these contributions will go a long way towards improving the lives of people who live in Methley, along with those who become residents at our new development. “We believe it is vital that investment continues within the area and across the whole region to make sure facilities are kept to the highest standard, and our contributions towards flood defences, education, transport and public spaces aim to achieve exactly that.”
