Bellway Homes is giving potential buyers at Acorn Park in Gipton, Leeds the chance not only to secure their dream home, but save a fortune in the process.

The Bellway Plus deal is being offered on reservations made before May 17th and is available on the final five homes on the development, which is located on Thorn Walk. All of the remaining homes are two bedroom terraced Pendles and are priced from £119,995.

They are all available using the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which allows buyers to purchase them with a deposit of less than £6,000.

And if that wasn’t enough, Bellway is also offering carpets, fridge freezer, washing machine, £1,000 towards legal fees and a reservation fee of just £99.

Bellway Yorkshire’s sales manager, Paula Murdoch, said she thought the deal was one of the best she’d ever seen.

She said: “When I first saw this deal I had to rub my eyes and read it again; and even then I was amazed it had been passed by our head office.”

“It really does look too good to be true, but believe me – it isn’t. I’m certain that as soon as people realise just how much is on offer, all five of these homes will be snapped up in double quick time.”

The five Pendles, as with all the other homes on Acorn Park, have been designed to cater to Bellway’s vision for modern day living.

Downstairs, the homes feature a spacious living area with French doors leading to the rear garden, a modern kitchen fitted with an integrated oven, hob and hood, and a useful cloakroom. Upstairs, they comprise two generously sized double bedrooms – ideal for friends sharing, couples and families – and a stylish bathroom. Each home also features its own garage.

And with a price tag of just £119,995, the Pendles are under the stamp duty threshold, meaning first-time buyers don’t have the added worry of yet another expense to contend with.

“These are tremendous homes for first time buyers, which are being offered at a tremendous price and with a truly tremendous package of incentives thrown in,” added Paula.

“Buyers should act quickly or face missing out.”

Located within easy reach of Leeds City Centre, Acorn Park has excellent transport links to the M1, M621 and M62 making Wetherby, Manchester, Sheffield and Hull all easily accessible.

Crossgates and Leeds railway station are both just a twelve minute drive away, and the drive to Leeds Bradford International Airport is just over ten miles.
