Leeds estate agent helps football team kick off in style

Joeanne Higgins, a Sales Negotiator at the Morley branch of the area’s leading estate agent, says the company was more than happy to help Morley AFC as they prepare for life in Division 6 of the Yorkshire Amateur League. ‘When the call came to see if we could help we had absolutely no hesitation in saying yes’, says Joeanne. ‘We love getting involved with community based initiatives and we wish the lads all the best for the forthcoming season. We will be watching their progress with interest.’

Team manager Declan Parnell adds: ‘As a newly formed team there is so much to organise, most of which costs money. Thanks to the generosity of Manning Stainton our playing strip is now one less thing for us to worry about!’

Morley AFC is one of many teams, schools and other worthwhile organisations that Manning Stainton actively supports through its corporate social responsibility programme which in 2015 made donations totalling over £65,000. Other recent beneficiaries included Morley Victoria Primary School who received money for an external defibrillator.
