Hunters, the fastest growing independent estate agency group, are to open new offices in the centre of Otley later this year.

Lester Hurst, director of Hunters Ilkley, will be heading up this second office located on Kirkgate, in the heart of the historic town of Otley, due to open for business thiss summer.

Lester is in the process of renovating the building and recruiting a team for the new office, one of which will be an apprentice, in line with the National

Apprenticeship scheme, following the success of their last recruit who has gone from strength to strength, becoming an integral part of the team.

Lester explains: “From our humble beginnings in 2010 working from my kitchen table, in just four years Hunters Ilkley has grown to become one of the leading estate agents in the Wharfe Valley.

“For the past two years we have been the best performing northern branch in the Hunters National Network, of which sales in the Otley area have contributed to this success.

“With the opportunity of growing our network further within this popular market town, I am looking forward to creating a home for Hunters in Otley for years to come.

“Hunters are different to other agents because we blend traditional ‘great customer service’ values with fast-changing technology such as Facebook and twitter. We get the basics right with professional photography, 100 per cent accompanied viewings and advertising in all the major property portals, local newspapers and magazines.”
