Have your say

If you’re looking for a fantastic day out to conduct with the family then look no further, Magna Science Adventure Centre has all the elements in place.

The Science Adventure Centre is packed with interactive exhibits and fascinating displays to help you explore the wonders of science and the laws of nature, with more than 100 hands-on exhibits designed to help you explore the four elements – air, water, earth and fire.

The interactive games will provide you with hours of fun while you learn about the elements, great for kids of all ages.

The Water Pavilion’s giant steel wave house is filled with games and challenges to help learn about the nature of water. Be careful and don’t get too wet!

Watch as a five-metre fire tornado grows and spins in the Fire Pavilion. It’s the hottest place to be and a perfect place to dry off after the Water Pavilion.

The Earth Pavilion is an adrenalin pumping experience. Control a JCB to remove the rocks and blow up the quarry.

There’s some real hands-on air-themed activities to take part in where you can create amazing patterns with air cannons which can be found in the Air Pavilion.

Then relax and watch The Big Melt – breath-taking audio and light show, showing how one of the original electric arc furnaces known as “E” is used to create steel.

And when the weather allows visit Sci-Tek, one of the largest outdoor playgrounds in the UK.

Designed using the laws of physics, creativity and fun, its unique play structures will get you swinging, balancing, climbing and spinning.
