Published Date: 08 August 2008
I am writing to express my utter disappointment and contempt for the style of belittling journalism displayed by Rod McPhee in his article about Will Young (YEP, August 4).

To say that not many know about his 'comeback' makes Rod McPhee look extremely foolish. Will Young not only went down a storm with crowds at Glastonbury, T In The Park and Chiswick House but is also playing at V Festival and Bestival shortly. In addition, his new single, despite being aired for less that a week, came in at No 38 in the Hit 40 UK Charts. Any journalist who purports to know anything about music would know about that, and would eat their words about hoping his star was fading.
