RE the letter about big new buildings in Leeds city centre (YEP, August 19)..
I agree with Mrs Hunter that there are far too many high-rise buildings going up, standing empty, tons of scaffolding spoiling the once lovely streets.
It's getting like New York City. We don't need any of this. Why don't they just wait until some of the offices and apartments are occupied before building new ones?
