Make the stores recycle
WOULD it not be an idea to request supermarkets to provide suitable containers outside their premises to which customers could return all the excess packaging they use?
The supermarkets might use a lot less if they had the problem of disposing of it or recycling it themselves.
Perhaps the councils could pass local bylaws to enforce the same.
