RE 'Harass to stop the harrassing' (YEP, May 8).
In response to the above article, for the benefit of your readers I wish to clarify that TV Licensing is not a government agency.

TV Licensing is a trading name used by agents contracted by the BBC, in their capacity as the Licensing Authority, to administer the collection of television licence fees and enforcement of the television licensing system.
