The Boot Room's Live Webchat with the YEP's Andy Hutchinson is your forum to discuss all things Leeds United every Wednesday lunchtime between 1-2pm.
Here we publish the best extracts from yesterday's webchat.

On United's 2-1 win over Bradford in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

1:10pm – comment from guest: As a Bradford fan I've got to say that penalty was dubious to say the least – surely you've got to admit that?
1:10pm – AH: To be honest I never saw it. I was at the other end of the ground.

1:11pm – comment from Colin: Do you think this result will spur Leeds on to do well in the league? Surely Gary Mac will be hoping for three points from the Crewe game?

1:13pm – AH: I think good cup runs spill over into league form. The JP Trophy represents a great opportunity for a winning day at Wembley.
As to Crewe it has to be three points although Elding will be keen to prove a point.

On Leeds' decision not to add to their squad ahead of the transfer window closure.

1:17pm – comment from guest: Do you think we should have added another player or two before the transfer deadline?

1:19pm – AH: Another centre-back perhaps. But the squad is already sizeable. I am surprised he didn't manage to get rid of other fringe players.

On United's goalkeeping strength.

1:23pm – comment from Simon: Who do you boys think is the better keeper, Lucas or Ankergren?

1:24pm – AH: Ankergren. Sometimes flaps at crosses but has pulled off some top-drawer saves at times.

1:31pm – comment from leedskeepmesane:
Putting in Lucas didn't make sense, we have the best keeper in the league in Casper.

On United's striker strength.

1:31pm – comment from Andrew: Do you think we need another striker or do we have enough options?

1:32pm – AH: I think we need a striker who only touches the ball three times in a game and scores a hat-trick. Bring back Lee Chapman!

Who should form United's defence.

1:32pm – comment from Stevie J: My back four would be Gardner, Marques (cpt), Michalik and Parker.

1:33pm – AH: I would play three at the back. Marques, Michalik and Huntington for me.

1:34pm – comment from Simon C: Three at the back....we can't defend with four.

Would you want Healy back on loan.

1:58pm – comment from Chris M: No!

1:58pm – comment from Greg: No!

1:58pm – AH: I agree.

1:58pm – comment from Simon C: No way! Never.
