Leeds United have signed former loan ace Alan Sheehan from League One rivals Leicester City on a three-year-deal.
The 21-year-old Irishman was out of contract at the Foxes, although City are entitled a payment because he is under 24.

Both clubs are discussing a fee, but if they are unable to thrash out a figure, it will be decided at a tribunial.

The free-kick specialist played ten times for United after signing on loan in January and memorably fired home a stunning free-kick in Leeds' 1-0 derby win at Doncaster on April 1.

Boss Gary McAllister said: "I'm pleased. When we first bought him in, he struggled a little bit, but he was the first to admit that.

"The jump from reserve team to first team may have been a bit too much, but he worked very hard, came back and did ever so well."
