Brighton and Hove Albion have thrown their hat into the ring to sign former Leeds United loanee Liam Dickinson.
A number of League One clubs are looking at the Derby County striker, who endured a frustrating loan spell at Elland Road last term, failing to find the net once in eight appearances, including four starts.

The 23-year-old has been out of favour at parent club Derby since being signed by ex-Rams boss Paul Jewell last summer, with the forward farmed out for loan spells at Blackpool, Huddersfield Town and United to varying degrees of success.

Derby are looking to recoup some of the £750,000 they paid Stockport County for the player a year ago and there has been plenty of interest in the frontman.

The Rams have already rejected two bids from Norwich City, because they fell short of their valuation of the player, yet to make his senior debut for the Rams.
