C'mon Leeds! Fantastic effort from the lads. First making up the 15 points that were stolen from us, then battling back from 2-0 down against Carlisle. We're on the way back and nothing can stop us! –

I have supported Leeds Utd since I was 14 in Malaysia and now live in Australia. After our long suffering of the past 5 years, perhaps Leeds can show the football public the quality it has by demolishing either Southend or Doncaster at Wembley. As our PayTV operator does not carry League One games, all of the Leeds fans in Australia will be on the net listening intently!

Gary and the lads

Lost many of our players from last season, FL withheld the golden share and gave us only a week to put the team together, docked us 15 points, Lost Gus, then that other Chelsea fella went AWOL and you still battled through. You have done brilliantly and now just one more match, just wipe those supercilious grins off Lord Mawhinney's face and silence those Donny boasters. You will go down in Elland Road folklore as one of our great teams – because you are! Believe in yourselves and you will be victorious. We'll be there.

Regards

Julie, Mark Brooke and Ty

I left Leeds for Australia in 1964.THe Leeds team that I left ,Billy Bremner,Johnny Giles,Peter Lorimer et al played for Leeds with a passion that scared the hell out of our opponents. This present team seems to have discovered that same passion and must now take it to Wembley.

I have been with you since 1968, though thick and thin! One of the most active Leeds supporters in Asia, I always wear my Leeds colours with pride and personally greet anyone else who does that on the global stage in which I travel. Latest sightings were in Bahrain for the F1 and Florida for Disney land. My teddy (of age) is called Billy and hopefully our heads will be lifted a foot higher after the 25th and the long march back to the top has commenced for real. By the way, I think it is high time we dipped into our pockets and demanded Smithy comes back. From my dad Doug, son Chris and dog George, the Bryan boys support you to the bitter end, Come on Leeds!

I have been a fanactical and faithful Leeds fan since 1963. I witnessed the glories and the disappointments of the Revie era, relegation into Div. Two,our last Championship win and the rise and fall under DOL and Ridsdale. Leeds United has broken my heart on far too many occassions to mention but I have never lost my love for our Club. On Thursday I sat alone in my house in Austin, Texas, watching the Carlisle game live on TV (Thank you Setanta sport) and the 90 mins and the two legs seem to encapsulate my 45 year love affiar with LUFC; more ups and downs than a mega roller coster ride. If my heart didn't give away during the second leg it probably never will. After the final whistle I went to send an email to a good mate in Leeds and found one from him about the game. I am not ashamed to say that I was in tears at the end. Thanks to Gary Mac. and all the lads who produced a great effort and made history for us. We are all proud of you. Now on to Wembley and lets win there.

Chris Watson (A proud and still delirious Leeds fan in exile in Texas).

We've had our ups and downs, mostly downs recently, but last night was fantastic, what a tremendous lift it has given to all the fans. I am so proud of the team and the manager, who have worked their socks off for the club and the supporters.

Now go all the way you whites and don't stop until the Premiership where we belong.

This season, the club has earned every right to be promoted after winning 27 games in the league.

Well done Leeds United!
Elation is the best way to describe the feeling when Howson scored with a 90th minute strike
and relief when the final whistle was sounded. Who would have believed it after 95 minutes at Elland Road when it was still 0 – 2.
Here's hoping that the Whites can go on to gain their rightful spot in the Championship – despite a 15 point deduction.

Congratulations Leeds! I first watched Leeds v Chelsea in 1947 when Jim Twoomey was goalkeeper and Tom Holley was centre half and Aubrey Powell was winger and Jimmy Milburn was at full back. I saw John Charles at his best and was at the Gelderd Road end when we all sang Happy birthday to him when he was 21. Later, in 1964, I was at the away match at Birmingham when Terry Cooper scored the equaliser that made Leeds equal top with Man U but unfortunately we came second on goal average. I was at Villa Park in the 1966 Semi-final, when Tony Hately scored the winner for Chelsea after Leeds had scored what should have been the winner but it was disallowed - yet the ref asked Leeds to take the free kick to be taken again - because of an offence by a Chelsea player.!! So I have been a fan of the Leeds teams through all their ups and downs

So well done Leeds United !!!! from a fan of over sixty years - despite living so far from Elland Road since 1953 , I have followed every match on TV and in the press..

Surely you MUST beat Hull!!! I remember when Raich Carter joined 2nd Division Leeds briefly from 3rd division North Hull ,way back when - but surely after such an heroic season this year in the current "Third" division you will regain your place in the Championship by beating a side that has never matched your skill and flair; and then get back where you belong - and perhaps in 2010 you can beat Man U for the title like you did at the start of the 1990,s Best of luck from Leslie Ellison.

What a performance! I couldn't make the game being based in Essex but they played just like they did at Leyton Orient in April where we took that team apart. It's a great reward for all the fans like me who travel up to Leeds for every home match from the south. The difference compared to Monday? The midfield tackled and won the ball and then passed it to a yellow shirt. Simple really! I'm sure this group of players will put on a better show than Blackwell's spineless outfit in 2006. That's a day I don't want to repeat.
