BOSS Brian McClennan insists he isn't concerned about who Leeds Rhinos are playing tonight or the implications for the engage Super League table – he's only interested in how well his team perform.
Leeds will return to the top of the ladder, for a day at least, if they win this evening, but Warrington have won six of their seven games since James Lowes took over as coach two months ago and present formidable opposition for McClennan's injury-hit side.
"They have found really good form," admitted the Leeds coach.
"We respect that and we know they have made some really good progress over the last month.
"But we really are concentrating on what we are doing and what we can do.
"We just want to play well and we are just focusing on this game. We are not thinking too far ahead."
Rhinos' players and coaching staff are still hurting from their Carnegie Challenge Cup semi-final loss to St Helens seven days ago, but McClennan sees tonight's fixture as a chance to put that behind them.
"We are really disappointed with how it all went for us last week," he said. "Now we have got a chance to get out there, play well and enjoy playing the game.
"Everyone's positive. We are still a bit hurt, for sure, but we are still positive about what we can do. That's why this is a good opportunity for us, to get out there and put the past behind us, play well as a team and experience the joy of playing sport.
"We are looking forward to getting out and playing again."
Rhinos travel to HJ Stadium looking for a third successive Super League win, following victories over Huddersfield Giants and Les Catalans Dragons.
Said McClennan: "I think we have been heading in the right direction for a few weeks.
"Against Huddersfield, we played well. We made some progress against them and against Catalans and I thought we did against Saints as well.
"They are the form team in the competition and have been blowing everyone away. They were better than us with their full squad and they beat us four tries to three. We are making progress and we will keep doing so."
Full-back Ben Jones-Bishop, back-rower Eric Anselme and stand-off/loose-forward Danny Allan have been called into Rhinos' initial 19-man squad for tonight, along with Luke Burgess, who was 18th man last week. Clinton Toopi (knee) and Ryan Hall (ankle) have joined Rhinos' casualty list.
Lowes will select from the 17 who beat Huddersfield Giants two weeks ago, plus Lee Mitchell and Matty Blythe.
Warrington Wolves from: Hicks, Riley, Grix, King, Penny, Briers, Monaghan, Morley, Clarke, Rauhihi, Anderson, Westwood, Gleeson, Parker, Cooper, Harrison, Bracek, Mitchell, Blythe.
Leeds Rhinos from: Jones-Bishop, Smith, Ablett, Senior, Donald, McGuire, Burrow, Leuluai, Diskin, Peacock, Lauitiiti, Ellis, Sinfield, Scruton, Kirke, Worrall, Burgess, Anselme, Allan.
Referee: Steve Ganson (St Helens).
Kick-off: Tonight, 7.30pm.
