Headingley Carnegie will stage two Roses battles on the same day at the end of this month.
Leeds Rhinos have confirmed their Carnegie Challenge Cup quarter-final against Wigan Warriors will be played at the stadium on Saturday, May 31 – when Yorkshire are playing Lancashire in the LV County Championship.

Yorkshire Evening Post understands Rhinos officials checked out the possibility of switching the tie to Huddersfield's Galpharm Stadium or the Jungle, Castleford.
But chief executive Gary Hetherington said he was "delighted" to get the go-ahead to keep the game at home and he thanked Yorkshire for their co-operation.
He added: "There will be logistical challenges that we will need to overcome, but the important issue is that there is a willingness from all parties to make both matches a success."
Yorkshire chief executive Stewart Regan was "pleased" to have reached an agreement with Leeds Rugby.
He added: "I am sure that by working together both organisations can continue to flourish in the years ahead."
Quarter-final tickets went on sale today. Season pass holders have until 5pm next Thursday, when unsold tickets will be released for general sale.
