Householders on an estate in east Leeds are singing the praises of the Get It Sorted column.
Council chiefs have cleaned up a litter-strewn set of steps off Hall Park Orchards in Kippax just 48 hours after we stepped in to help.
Retired engineer, Leslie Barnes, 78, who first raised the issue with Get It Sorted, said: "When you walk up the steps it isn't an eyesore anymore.
"They have done a good job with the clean up. We are all really pleased it has been sorted."
CLEANED UP: Lesley Barnes, left, and Bob Simpson, residents of Hall Park Orchards in Kippax.
