NestbuildingFinding the right wardrobe can be a difficult task. One that fits, looks great and has room for all your clothes is hard to find.
Many people stick to boring wardrobes that blend in to the background but with an i
tem so big that's not easy to achieve.
This is one of the few areas where you do really have to be practical. Make sure you find one that's just the right size and has space that you can use. If you're struggling to find a design that looks right then you can always try a little modification.
Wooden wardrobes can be easily painted. Try adding in a stencil or sanding down to get a rustic effect. If it's a more modern look you're after try painting them white and then applying wall stickers.

Eat itJust when we thought that the British summer was going to pass us by again, the weather is rumoured to be on the up! With blistering sun and clear skies forecast for the weekend, there's only one possible culinary suggestion this week. Here Simon Gueller from the Box Tree, Ilkley suggests a delicious recipe and a tip on having the perfect barbecue.
Venison Burger
Ingredients:
500g coarsely minced venison
½ large onion finely chopped
3 generous heads of parsley, finely chopped
3 egg yolks
1 handful of white bread crumbs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
¼ pint milk
6 rashers fatty bacon
method
Start by soaking the breadcrumbs in the milk.
Place the minced venison in a large bowl. Add the parsley, onion, egg yolks, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Cover and put in the fridge until ready to cook.
Using a little flour shape the burgers into rounds. This quantity will make 4 – 6 burgers. Wrap each burger in the bacon, put on the BBQ and cook to your taste.
Serve in a bun with a slice of blue cheese and red onion relish.
Tip
You could also use your favourite chicken recipe for your barbecue but instead of trying to cook the poultry right the way through on the BBQ and risking a possible upset stomach, slow roast it in the oven for an hour before finishing it on the BBQ. That way it will be tender, crisped up nicely and completely cooked.

I Believe – The very best of
UCJ Music
THEY were the Irish vocal troupe that paved the way for the likes of Boyzone and Westlife.
At their height in 1964 they knocked The Beatles off the number one spot and went on to sell millions of records on both sides of the Atlantic.
They've performed with Neil Diamond and played for the Pope and the Queen.
They are The Bachelors -– and 45 years after their first hit, they're still going strong.
I Believe gathers together all of their top 40 hits – including Charmaine, Diane, Ramona, Marie and Marta (they specialised in songs with girls' names) – as well as the title track, which was later covered, in twinkly-eyed fashion, by Robson and Jerome.
There are their celebrated versions of The Sound of Silence, Hello Dolly!, Everybody's Talking and Diamonds Are Forever and, as a bonus for fans, two new tracks – Gortnamona and Somewhere – bring Con and Declan Clusky's familiar harmonies into the 21st century.
Everything, basically, Bachelors diehards could ask for.
