Three arrests in Batley drug crackdown

THREE men have been arrested over suspected drug dealing in a Batley snooker club after a police raid.
Cannabis and weapons, including an axe and samurai sword, were found at the club, on Bradford Road, and 13 games machines were also seized.
Three men aged 29, 28 and 27 were all arrested in connection with using the premises for the supply of drugs.
Following the arrests, houses were searched in the Heckmondwike, Batley and Batley Carr area.
A second snooker club was also targeted on Mill Street East in Dewsbury.
