LEEDS City Credit Union has opened a new branch at Morley Town Hall as part of an expansion programme.
Leeds City Council is letting the Credit Union open further branches in its One Stop Centres at Armley, Seacroft South and Great George Street, Leeds.
There are already branches in Leeds city centre and Harehills.
Sue Davenport, chief executive officer of Leeds City Credit Union, which is based in New York Street, Leeds, said: "The expansion will allow better access to our services for the people of Morley.
"We are very grateful to Morley Town Council and Leeds City Council for all their help with this project."
Leeds City Credit Union is a local financial co-operative, open to anyone who lives or works in the Leeds Metropolitan District, offering a range of financial services including family savings, loans, Child Trust Funds, insurance services, on-line account access and bill paying accounts.
It is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
