ADVERTISING agency Creative Marketing Services has moved its HQ into Leeds.
The marketing communications group started in Bradford in 1982 to service the city's then booming direct marketing and financial sector.
Clients included Provident Financial, Grattan and the Yorkshire Building Society.
Managing director Andrew Batt
y said it had taken four years to find the right location.
"We were looking for an individual signature building befitting an advertising agency HQ and eventually found it in Hollinthorpe Hall, a large early Victorian farm in an acre and a half of landscaped grounds complete with duck pond, half a mile from the M1's junction 46."
The extra space has led to the creation of three new jobs and the transfer of 12 more.
Digital marketing has been added to the firm's list of services which already include advertising, marketing, media buying and direct mail.
Clients include public sector organisations such as the NHS and the Highways Agency, as well as private sector clients such as Skanska and Thameslink Trains.
Mark Good, client services director, said: "At long last we have the building we've been looking for and space to grow. The location offers us fast access to the motorway network whilst Leeds offers us the opportunity to tap into a rich seam of talented people. We're very excited about our future in Leeds."
