GE Commercial's new acquisitionGE Commercial Finance's business finance unit, a leading independent finance provider to UK small and medium-sized enterprises, has acquired Five Arrows Commercial Finance Ltd – a major, UK-based asset-based lender and factoring house with offices in Leeds. Five Arrows was acquired from NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
The business is one of the top 10 providers of invoice discounting, factoring and asset-based lending solutions to small and mid-market businesses in the UK, with over 400 clients and more than £175m of assets under management.

New CCTV help INSTALLATION of a new digital CCTV system has enhanced security provision for companies based at the award-winning Broughton Hall Business Park, near Skipton.
