LEEDS-based Leda Recruitment is celebrating a move to new and larger premises on Kirkgate - a move which has seen a significant investment by the growing company.
Leda, which incorporates Aaron Personnel, is one of the longest established privately owned recruitment businesses in the UK.
It supplies temporary and permanent staff to the rail, building and civil engineering, consultancy and design services,
mechanical and electrical, industrial and office support sectors.
The company was founded in 1988 and its current managing director, Howard Slinger, conducted a management buy-out in October 2004, supported by venture capitalists NVM Private Equity Ltd.
In the year ended March 2008, the company saw a 28 per cent increase in sales, reporting a turnover of £23m compared to the previous year's £18m.
Leda's rail division, its fastest growing sector, recorded a turnover of £11m.
Leda has also increased its workforce by 25 per cent over the last 12 months, and now employs 66 people across its six UK offices in Leeds, Sheffield, Skipton, Middlesbrough, Warrington and Luton.
The company is aiming to continue its year-on-year growth, with a sales target of £27m for the current financial year and the company says it is already well on track to achieve this.
Mr Slinger said: "In addition to our new headquarters in Kirkgate, and in line with our strategic growth plan, we are also opening a new office in Didcot, Oxfordshire, which is the third office opened in as many years."
Leda has adopted the NSPCC as its chosen charity for 2008 after already establishing a relationship and now becoming a neighbour to its Leeds ChildLine branch.
The firm has already donated £1,000 and is looking to raise in excess of £5,000 for the charity this year, with employees getting involved in events such as running in this year's Leeds Half Marathon and making charity donations in lieu of sending Christmas gifts to clients.
