Leeds City defend their title in the Northern six stage road relay championship at Hartlepool tomorrow.
Leeds, although without Dave Webb and Simon Deakin, are favourites to win again.

The Leeds team tomorrow is Chris Birchall, Adam Grice, James Wilkinson, James Walsh, Alan Buckley and Darren Bilton.

The popular Horsforth 10K race is on Sunday from Woodhouse Grove School, starting at 10am. Entries will be taken on the day.

Also on Sunday is the Prince of Wales Hospice 10K at Pontefract.

Entries will be taken on the day for the 10am start.
