Fisher among hopefuls for Dewsbury 10K

The Dewsbury 10K road race takes place on Sunday and among the entries of over 1,400 is Otley's Ian Fisher and the man who beat him in the recent Brass Monkey Half Marathon, Steve Hepples (Newham and Essex).

With Jamil Parapia and Julian Mawson also entered, Otley should challenge for the team award.

Leeds City international Susan Partridge heads the women's entry with team mate Alex Gostling also likely to be prominent.

The race starts at the earlier time of 9am.
