Leeds United s 2021-22 Premier League campaign will begin with a clash against arch rivals Manchester United at Old Trafford in a lunch-time kick-off on Saturday, August 14.

Goalkeeper Angus Gunn looks set to sign for Norwich City from Southampton and will reportedly undergo a medical with the Canaries today. Leeds were linked with a late move for the 25-year-old stopper as competition for Illan Meslier.

Young defender exit near?

Young Whites defender Oliver Casey is reportedly close to joining Blackpool on a permanent deal. Football Insider are reporting that personal terms have been agreed and that 20-year-old Casey will join the Tangerines for below the £1m mark.

Nandez report emerges

There are reports that Leeds are willing to break their transfer record to sign Cagliari midfielder Nahitan Nandez. However, a report from La Nuova Sardegna is suggesting that 25-year-old Uruguay international midfielder Nandez would not be keen on making the move.
