Whites winger Jack Harrison was released down the left hand flank by a Gjanni Alioski clearance in the 19th minute of Sunday's Premier League clash at Elland Road.
Harrison took a few touches and made his way to the edge of the area before sending in a floated cross into the Red Devils box.

The incident was checked by Mike Dean as the game's VAR but no further action was taken despite Whites captain Luke Ayling leading the debate.
"On a different day, as we all know, it could have been given," said Hasselbaink on Sky Sports.
"I think it would have been harsh as well but it does hit his arm.

Reflecting on his former side's display as a whole, Hasselbaink reasoned: "It was not a high tempo game but I must say that when you go to Elland Road now - for the top five, the top six, it's not an easy place to go.
"You don't get a result easily there and it was not that easy for Man United."
The goalless draw came four months after Leeds were blitzed 6-2 in the reverse fixture at Old Trafford.

"They were more concerned with the opposition when they are normally not.
"I think you have to have that. Normally they are open, they are guns blazing, 'we are going to score more than you' and today it was the other way round.
"But they didn't have the quality going forward and missed it today.
