'It's disappointing' - Stuart Dallas wants Leeds United to return to winning ways quickly ahead of Chelsea

Stuart Dallas insists Leeds United must get back to winning ways quickly ahead of the visit of Chelsea.

The Whites have won just once in their last five Premier League meetings while the other four have resulted in defeat.

Marcelo Bielsa saw his side fall to another loss in the capital on Monday night at West Ham with United's poor run of results in London continuing.

Leeds return to top flight action on Saturday lunchtime as they renew rivalries with Chelsea who make the trip north to West Yorkshire.

Thomas Tuchel has made a stunning start to life in charge at Stamford Bridge, seeing the Blues claim nine wins from 12 games across all competitions since his appointment in late January.

Chelsea are unbeaten with the German at the helm and pose another tough test for Leeds at Elland Road.

Bielsa's men sit in 11th spot in the standings while Chelsea currently hold the final Champions League qualification place in fourth.

"When you don't win games it is disappointing," Dallas reflected.

"If we had got a result [at West Ham] it would've been a huge step forward for us if we want to achieve that top half finish.

"We've got to get back to winning games. That's what we're here to do. We've lost a couple now and we go home to face Chelsea. We have to regroup and prepare as best we can for that game."

He added: "It's not about getting to any points [in particular]. It's about taking it one game at a time. We've got a huge game now at the weekend against Chelsea.

"We have to rest up and recover. There's a lot of teams in and around the same number of points in the middle of the league."

United conceded an early penalty which led to the opener in a 2-0 defeat against the Hammers and frustratingly saw another goal scored from a set-piece.

Diego Llorente lost Craig Dawson at a corner with the defender powering home a header past goalkeeper Illan Meslier unchallenged.

"We've got to be brave," Dallas said.

"We've got to go and attack the ball. We work really hard on it. We've conceded from set pieces earlier on in the season and we've worked hard to try and nullify that."
