A resident of a Leeds road dubbed 'Christmas street' has been left furious - after some lights were allegedly stolen from her garden.

Helen Wright told the Yorkshire Evening Post her daughter Victoria's home on Stone Brig Lane in Rothwell was burgled overnight.

Residents of the street - who raise money for charity through the Christmas lights - have been left devastated.
