Leeds home of YEP sold in mega £34m deal

The home of the Yorkshire Evening Post and its sister title, the Yorkshire Post, has been sold to a Swiss bank in one of the biggest city centre office deals in the region so far this year.
No.1 Leeds, on Whitehall Road near Leeds city centre, was sold to Credit Suisse for £34.17m.
