Magic Garden Private Day Nursery and Pre-school in Moortown was rated as “good” – the second highest rating and two grades higher than “inadequate” – in terms of its quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development and leadership and management.

The nursery said that it was “absolutely delighted” with the rating, particularly after being rated “inadequate” by Ofsted after an inspection in March that found some children were being left in “wet and soiled clothing”.

It also says that the children enjoy their time at the nursery and “explore their environment and make independent choices in their play”.
