The fine weather is set to continue over the weekend which is welcome news for the city's pubs and bars. Here, we've rounded up nine of the best sunny beer gardens in the city - perfect for enjoying a pint (or three) al fresco. Is your favourite spot on the list?
1. The Beck and Call, Meanwood
The large beer garden at the Beck and Call shows sports on a big screen and is the perfect place for a family day out, with a play park for children. The menu includes a range of sandwiches, burgers, salads and classics like fish and chips and sausage and mash.
2. The Original Oak, Headingley
The Original Oak's huge Headingley beer garden is very popular with regulars and students. The pub shows most Leeds United and Leeds Rhinos matches on the big outdoor screen, with a selection of pub grub and reasonably priced drinks.
3. Water Lane Boathouse, city centre
This lively waterfront bar has a prime city centre location, with a large beer garden for soaking up the sun. Run by the team behind Headrow House and Belgrave, it offers a tempting selection of beers, wine, cocktails and food.
4. The Mustard Pot, Chapel Allerton
The Mustard Pot's huge outdoor spaces are a lovely place to soak up the sun in the heart of Chapel Allerton. The yummy menu includes a selection of sandwiches and mains such as fish and chips, cider steamed mussles and a lentil pie.
5. Kirkstall Bridge Inn, Kirkstall

The Calverley Arms is the perfect country pub to visit with friends and family. The food offering includes mains like fish and chips, slow-cooked beef bourguignon, and chicken pie - as well as a range of pizzas and burgers.
